INDICATIONS
Dilantin is employed to regulate seizures. It is not built to treat all sorts of seizures, and your doctor will determine when it is the best medication for you. Dilantin is an anti-epileptic drug, also known as an anticonvulsant. It works by slowing down impulses inside the brain that create seizures.

STORAGE
Store Dilantin at room temperature. Store away from heat, moisture, and light-weight. Do not store inside bathroom. Keep Dilantin out of the reach of youngsters and from pets.

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; breathlessness; tightness in the chest; swelling in the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bone pain; butterfly-shaped rash on the face; clumsiness or unsteadiness; confusion; dark urine; delirium; high blood sugar levels (flushing; fruit-like breath odor; increased thirst, hunger, or urination; rapid breathing); mental or mood changes; numbness or tingling with the hands or feet; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; indications of infection (eg, chills, fever, sore throat); slurred speech; stomach pain; swollen lymph nodes; swollen or tender gums; tremor; unusual bruising or bleeding; unusual eye movements; unusual muscle movements; yellowing in the skin or eyes.
