INDICATIONS
Clindamycin is indicated in the treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible anaerobic bacteria
Clindamycin can be indicated in the management of serious infections as a result of susceptible strains of streptococci, pneumococci, and staphylococci. Its use should be reserved for penicillin-allergic patients or any other patients for whom, inside judgment of the physician, a penicillin is inappropriate. Because of the potential risk of colitis, as described inside the WARNING box, prior to you buying clindamycin problems must look into the character with the infection along with the suitability of less toxic alternatives (eg, erythromycin).
INSTRUCTIONS
Take clindamycin just as prescribed by your doctor.
